Thanks to Rahul

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Hi Rahul,

I am happy to share the news that my UK Visa stamping happened successfully. I received the passport today.

I would like to take a moment to say special thanks for your continuos guidance and support throughout the processing period.

I remember calling you for every single (sometimes silly) doubt and in any case your way of dealing with the client in terms of communication or patience in answering the queries is undoubtedly excellent.

Thanks once again.

Pleasure working with you

Friday, June 26th, 2009

Hello Basanti,

Let me take this oppurtunity to thank you as well.

All the way thru this process, though I ensured that no stone is unturned, some where in the corner of my heart, there was a small suspicion that the VISA might be rejected as both of us (myself and my brother) are settled here in USA.

However, in spite of that, we prepared the deck so well that we could convince the consular office that my mother isn’t an intended migrant. This is the highlight of the entire show.

And there is a reason for my suspicion… one of friend’s mom’s VISA petition was rejected as both her children are settled in USA.

I always recieved the expected support from you. Overall, it was pleasure working with you, though for a short stint. :)

Please do keep in touch and the very best.

Regards,

SKS

Client appreciation for Suresh (Process)

Tuesday, June 16th, 2009

Dear Jaya,

(this email was long pending from my end)

I would like to put in this appreciation for Suresh from the HSW Department not just for his work on my clients but in particular for the impression he left on one of my most skeptical clients, DD (name changed for privacy).

DD, who was in Switzerland, delayed the process for some months and after much convincing decided to go ahead with the process. He only visited me again after his HSMP approval last month and signed up for a dependent visa for his wife. What made me write this email is that he got into conversation with clients who had walked into our office waiting for a consultant and told them in the local lingo that they were at the right place and his about his own wonderful experience with the Process Consultant. His words were, “your case is in the right hands”. He went to tell me how Suresh advised him about the appropriate time to submit his application, etc.

As a sales consultant, I was extremely happy about the manner in which Suresh did the documentation with many clear post-its making everything so self-explanatory, it was just the way a system should run i.e. once a case is allocated, Process takes over and the client doesn’t return to the Sales Consultant to grumble.

Thanks a ton, Suresh! Wish you many more successes to come.

Regards,

Esther

Best thing I liked about your company

Friday, June 12th, 2009

Dear Usha,

Ref  our  telephonic  discussion,  I would like to Thank  you  for  your  patience during my visit to your  office. The  best thing I liked about your company is that you encourage browsing even though I  was not eligible for any of the products.  Most of  the  other  firms  don’t  talk  much about the products if one is not eligible.

You  not  only  mentioned  to  me  why  I  was not eligible but how I could work towards eligibility.

Thanks once again for your help.

Regards,

Sandhya

New perspective to my future plans

Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009

Dear Mr. Xavier Augustin,

Thank you for taking the time to read this message .I sincerely appreciate the time & efforts  put in  by your team & especially by Munmun & Neha, not only in helping me prepare the application but also motivating me to submit the same . I had at one point ,made up my mind not to submit it as  new rules were under way . I had submitted my application on 30th march 2009 and was lucky to have my Tier-1 endorsed by mid April . Their advise, last minute efforts and professsional handling was very helpful and gave new perspective to my future plans & career options.

I would certainly recommend Y-Axis and its team to anyone seeking professional advise & guidance for similar queries.

Again, thank you so much for your help. I greatly appreciate the assistance , Munmum & Neha  have provided me and would to wish them and you  all the best at all times .

Best Regards,
