Saturday, November 21st, 2009

Thanks Pooja & Sridhar,

Please find the attachment for the Visa scan copy.

It’s been really a very good experience with y-axis.

I have been started interacting with Y-Axis to move forward, and consultancy/guidance given by Pooja and Sridhar was really beyond Professional level.

I am very much satisfied & happy till the moment and expecting same level of commitment from JSS team.

Regards,

AK

Certainly I can say “we can rely on Y AXIS for overseas studies”. Because they have efficient, experienced and dedicated staff, who are ready to  help their client at any time.

It is my dream to take MBA from US. To flower my dream  Maneesha as the process consultant-study overseas, has helped me a lot  from the beginning  till now, specially in my starting trouble   you have taken keen interest and care. In each step you are  with me to support, in my doubts you are  there to clear it , in my silly questions you are  with ready answers. In between Varsha also comes to the scene. Both of you have helped  me to get the admission,to prepare the  documents as well as for the online visa training exam and the personal interview with officials. (more…)

Computerworld reports that USCIS is planning a massive expansion of onsite inspections of companies hiring H-1B workers. “US immigration officials are taking H-1B enforcement from the desk to the field with a plan to conduct 25,000 on-site inspections of companies hiring foreign workers over this fiscal year. The move marks a nearly five-fold increase in inspections over last fiscal year, when the agency conducted 5,191 site visits under a new site inspection program.”

Open The Borders

Michael Maiello, 11.09.09, 12:01 AM ET

There are too many houses and too many unleased offices, empty storefronts and vacant apartments. Too many factories sit idle, and if you sit quietly in some empty cubicles you’ll hear the faint haunting sound of a YouTube video surreptitiously played there long ago. Too many airplanes rust away in fields out west. Meanwhile consultants roam the land telling employers to trim corporate fat and create even more idle resources.

America has too few people and too many consultants. (more…)

Government of Canada Tables 2010 Immigration Plan

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

Ottawa, October 30, 2009 — Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, tabled Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s 2009 Annual Report today in Parliament.

“While other countries have cut back immigration levels as a short-term response to the global economic downturn, our government is actually maintaining its immigration levels to meet the country’s medium- to long-term economic needs,” said Minister Kenney.

“Canada plans to welcome between 240,000 and 265,000 new permanent residents in 2010, the same number of immigrants as in recent years. In 2010, Canada will again welcome more new permanent residents than the average annual intake during the 1990s,” said Minister Kenney. “The focus of the 2010 plan is on economic immigration to support Canada’s economy during and beyond the current economic recovery.” (more…)

Why is Warren Buffet a successful man in the first place?

Monday, November 2nd, 2009

Many are what I’d call “Warren Buffett centrists.” They are not billionaires, but they are people who believe in Mr. Buffett’s saying that whatever he achieved in life was due primarily to the fact that he was born in this country — America — at this time, with all of its advantages and opportunities.
