All about the Canadian Work Permit

  To be able to work in Canada you need to fulfill the required criteria. Since the country is in need of skilled workers, you must be one among them. You will have to produce a set of documents to be verified by the visa officer. However, there is an exception to this rule with regard to the application of work permit. Who does it apply to? Firstly, one must receive a confirmation from HRSDC, followed  by the approval of the application by  The Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) office. Also such applicants can bring along their spouse with them but they will not be permitted to take up a job in the country. The visa officer must be satisfied that you have sufficient  funds to survive in the country and that you don’t intent to live in the country.
