With a minimum asset investment of CAD 1.6m (or USD 0.87m), valid documentation and an account of the investment accumulation of net worth: a refundable CAD 800,000 to back a 5 year interest free business credit through a financial concern intermediary, an investor with his/her immediate relatives can be ensured nomination for permanent residence. This is by the issuance of a Quebec Selection Certificate. A minimum of two year work experience is a necessity.
