Canada EmployerThe Canada Express Entry Program has a lot in store for Canadian employers who are unable to find anyone within the country to fill key positions in their company. Now they can higher migrants who possess the skill that they require. Since January this year, migrants from all categories will be allowed to obtain a visa to work in Canada.

The goal of such a change in the Express Entry Scheme, is to facilitate easy access of skilled employees to Canada employers. It is also important to take a look at the categories of employers that are eligible in this regard. Applicants from the categories of   Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program  are all eligible to apply under the new Express Entry System.

The Expected Benefit

Through this, the businessmen in Canada are hoping to be able to expand their business by choosing skilled employees from a wide range around the globe. It will be interesting to get a clear and a detailed understanding of how the employers will benefit from the above mentioned changes in the Canadian Express Entry System. Firstly, they will find employees at greater ease under this system.

The process that will take place

The Canadian businesses can now submit an application for  Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), which includes foreign workers within the pool. In addition to this, Canadian employers can also rejoice the fact that there is no fee for the Labour Market Impact Assessment. Keeping in mind the urgency in the need to fill positions with suitable employees, the Citizenship Immigration Canada will process the application within least possible time.

It is said that the process will not take beyond a period of six months for completion. All those applicants within the pool who have an offer letter from a Canadian employer or a foreign national who is nominated by a province has greater chance of getting  his or her application approved.
