This new tool follows the trend of digital immigration becoming the global benchmark of medium use. ‘Emma’ as she is called, speaks in English. Emma is named after Emma Lazarus whose poem, meant for immigrants, is inscribed at the base of the Statue of Liberty. Emma was developed as a tool in response to growing interest in mobile communication and digital communication to enhance customer service.
