Satya Nadella - CEO Microsoft:

The US Software giant appointed Satya Nadella as the CEO – Microsoft after a search that spanned for 6 months. Nadella has been with the company for 22 years. He was born in Hyderabad in 1976 and completed school education at Hyderabad Public School. Satya studied at Manipal University obtaining an engineering degree in electronics and communication.

Sundar Pichai - CEO Google:

An Indian American computer engineer Sundar Pichai was born in Tamil Nadu. He joined Google as the product management Vice President in 2004. He took care of consumer and search products like Gears, Google Pack, Gadgets, and Desktop Search, Google Toolbar, iGoogle. Pichai was largely responsible for surpassing Firefox and Internet Explorer to make Chrome browser a huge success.

Shantanu Narayen – CEO Adobe Systems:

Narayen grew up in Hyderabad and studied at the Hyderabad Public School. His mother taught American literature and father owned a plastics company. He became the Chief Operating Officer and President of Adobe Systems in 2005. Shantanu Narayen is also the President of the Adobe Foundation board. He is among the renowned Global Indians in the US, as quoted by the INC 42.

Padmasree Warrior – CTO CISCO:

Padmasree was born in Vijayawada in 1961 and obtained a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi in 1982. She later immigrated to the US and obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. Warrior was the Chief Technology Officer of Motorola and left the firm in 2007 to become the CTO at CISCO.
