Heidelberg University

Known officially as Ruprecht Karls Universitat Heidelberg, it is an acclaimed public research university located in the province of Heidelberg. Founded in 1386, it is one of the world’s oldest existing universities. It is rated highly not only in Germany but all over the world.

Technical University of Berlin

Founded in 1879 as a research university, it currently offers about 200 different programs for 34,000 students. The university focuses on technology-based courses.

Darmstadt University of Technology

Earlier known as the Technical University of Darmstadt -TU Darmstadt, it is a prestigious educational institution in Darmstadt, central Germany. It is also renowned for computer sciences, and IT studies. Established in 1877, TU Darmstadt is also a member of the country’s respectable TU9 network.

University of Stuttgart

Ranked 263 in QS World University Rankings 2016-17, the university, established in 1829, currently offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various disciplines, including engineering, technology, and natural sciences. It offers tuition-free education, except for charging nominal mandatory fees charge per student.
