They should either have ties to a particular province, work experience in Canada, or an educational qualification in Canada. Foreign national students can benefit from a few or all the advantages of the Canada Provincial Nominee Program or  PNP pathways if they choose to permanently immigrate to Canada. The foreign national students pursuing their studies in Canada must fulfill all the requirements stated in their study permit during their course of study to add points to their CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System to better their chances of getting PR or permanent residency in Canada. *Do you want to study in Canada?
