Record number of tourists visit New Zealand

Chinese arrivals rose 14 percent to 10,400, with half having student visas. A seasonally adjusted net gain of 200 migrants from Australia last month was the highest level since March 1991. The net migration in July reflected 5750, the highest monthly rate of inflow ever recorded.
