Skilled tradesmen and women: Australia wants you

If you are a skilled tradesman, or/and a women who has experience in the construction industry. In addition, is you are interested in immigrating to Australia, now is the time to apply as the southern Asian nation has strong demand in the construction industry. Particularly in the western states of New South Wales and Queensland.
There are two ways in which you can immigrate to Australia. Subclass 189, Subclass 190 and Subclass 457 will get you the job.
Subclass 189: is directed to those immigrants who have not been sponsored by the National Government, State Government, company, or private employer. The foreign national has to be under the age of 50, be competent in the English language (IELTS or other exam documents within the duration of validity is necessary for proof) and possess a suitable work skill assessment. The aspirant needs to gain 60 points and apply. Later, the person should submit an expression of interest and then has to be asked to apply by SkillSelect. This is a skilled independent visa.
Subclass 190: This applicant should have a legitimate nomination by a state territory or a regional institution, or any Government Agency. The way to acquire this visa is the same as Subclass 189.
Subclass 457: This temporary work visa allows immigration for up to a period of 4 years. The company or employer needs to be approved as a sponsor of skilled foreign workers and accept responsibility of the immigrant.
Subclass 189 and Subclass 190 requires a processing time between three to six months, while Subclass 457 needs a lot less time to be processes by Australian immigration authorities. Right now, these two states have strong requirements for:
Fabricators; Bricklayers; Carpenters, Cabinet Makers, Electricians, Plasterers; and Roof Tilers.
