UK Tier 1 (General) Skilled Shortage List is out

The UK Government has published a list of occupations that have a shortage towards its Tier 2 (General) – Shortage Occupation List. The recent regulation changes additionally perceive that not all the mentioned required in the industry of Digital Technology will have the need to fulfill the strict criteria of the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) scheme. However, IT concerns do have some limitation, but moving past these they will have the capacity to hire representatives effectively.

1. The IT concern should have somewhere around 20 and 250 representatives (or have less than 20 representatives and have been granted a letter from the UK Trade and Investment (UKTI), affirming that UKTI have been working with the concern and backing the application in connection to the organization's investment or trade activity; and,
2. To not be more than 25% claimed by a concern which has one or more different foundations in the UK, and one or a greater amount of those foundations utilizing more than 250 workers; and,
3. To not have been set up in the UK with the end goal of providing services only to a single organization or a group of companies in the UK.
